2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through MahaYaatri are subject to availability. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package. In general, cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. MahaYaatri is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip.

5. User Conduct

Users must behave respectfully towards fellow travelers and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate your tour without a refund if your behavior is deemed unacceptable.

6. Modifications to Itinerary

MahaYaatri reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest.
